EVENT - Scooter Rally

We are holding a Children`s Fun Festival on Saturday 6th September as part of the West Mersea, Scooter Rally, near Colchester, Essex.

We would love to see you there, it is going to be a really fun day.

EVENT - Bungee Jump

Tezman and Gavman are doing a sponsored bungee jump, funds raised will be donated to Forever Searching.  Forever Searching is a global group of volunteers whose whole purpose for existing is to raise awareness to individual child abductions throughout the world. Any funding we receive goes towards the costs of postage, ink, paper and for support services for families of the missing.

Our Superhero’s are doing something really brave here, please sponsor them generously.

The jump is off Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge on Sunday 19th October 2008 at 12.30.  Do come along to cheer our Superhero’s as they fly through the sky.

EVENT - Beautifully Worn

The theme of the evening will be "Beautifully Worn". The intention behind this is the re-sale of high quality second hand evening wear. The garments will be modelled in a fashion show then sold on once a donation has been pledged. In addition to this, throughout the evening there will be an auction, which will be held on various items, as well as a raffle.

Please consider helping us to advertise this event by printing off and displaying
our event poster. The posters can be displayed on community notice boards, at
schools or at local supermarkets, or at your place of work. Please find the link

EVENT - Sponsored Slim

We are currently running a sponsored slim for our members and their friends and family. 
Sponsorship / donations raised from this will go towards assisting Forever Searching
reach their objective, which is raising awareness to missing children across the globe.
The group raise awareness by poster distribution of the missing children. To enable the
group to do this, funds are required for postage and printing purposes.

The sponsored slim runs from:

•    4th July – 31st November.
•    Sponsor to either donate a one off donation or sponsor the contestant a £Pound
per 1lb in weight loss.
•    Penalties for any week with no loss, participants will donate £1 of their own
money, if goal has not been reached.
•    If you reach your target weight before the deadline, there will be no penalty
unless you gain, so the idea is to maintain target weight loss until the deadline.
•    If there is a weight gain penalty will be £2 per 1lb gained (the participants
own money)
•    If participant drops out unless for medical reasons has to pledge £10 donation
to Forever Searching.

Forever Searching also supports the families of the missing children, in respect of raising
awareness in the Government arena, of various issues that the family need assistance
in bringing to fruition, such as the amber alert system throughout Europe, these
iniatives need financial backing, in respect of postage and stationary costs.  We
are also keen to expand our support to the families of the missing, by offering
counselling services and by supplying posters and a web-page for their missing
loved ones.

All funds raised by "Forever Searching" go to-wards raising awareness of all missing
children and the families of the missing in raising awareness to their needs.

Paul Allard went missing on the 30th August 1976. He was 14 years old. Paul has blue eyes and blond hair. He has a scar on his right hand.
